4-Week Program Core Engagement ($9,500)

Designed for leaders who want to establish a clear foundation for their professional or business brand. Through weekly, one-on-one virtual meetings, this 4-week program provides clarity on your TMD, coaching on how to apply it, and a strategic assessment of your current brand platform with actionable recommendations.

6-Week Program Extended Engagement ($13,750)

Designed for leaders who want deeper application and personalized feedback on their narrative. The 6-week program builds on the foundation of the core engagement with additional coaching, live feedback on materials, and scenario-based preparation to strengthen execution across high-stakes settings.

 

Includes everything in the 4-week program, plus:

• Feedback on draft or existing materials

• Guidance on consistency across channels

Week 6: Strategic Counsel & Future Positioning

• Scenario-based coaching (investors, media, partnerships)

• Extended Q&A + alignment planning

• Expanded roadmap for implementation

Executive Plus: 90-Day Extension ($27,000)

This extension is designed for leaders who want to build for six weeks, then roll straight into ongoing support as they implement their narrative, respond to opportunities, and maintain consistency across their brand. It provides continuity beyond the intensive through monthly counsel sessions, access to advisory support for key communications, and preparation for critical conversations and decisions over a three-month period.

Optional In-Person Session

For any level of engagement, an in-person session can be arranged at a flat fee (to cover travel and time). This session can be scheduled at kickoff, midpoint, or wrap-up, depending on where it provides the most impact. In-person sessions may include: Deep-dive strategy conversations; real time coaching and feedback (e.g., pitch rehearsal, spokesperson training); and/or collaborative review of brand narrative and positioning.

Stefanie Santos McLeese is the CEO and Owner of Santos McLeese, LLC, a U.S. Small Business Administration Certified Woman-Owned Small Business. The firm specializes in communications and brand strategy to build authentic brands for athletes, executives, and organizations through strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, media positioning, and long-term brand equity.

 

With two decades of experience, Stefanie has advised global leaders across industries including automotive, aerospace, agribusiness, higher education, and non profits. She was recently profiled in Yahoo! Finance, and a featured presenter at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, delivering workshops on “Building a Winning Brand” for players turned entrepreneurs. Stefanie also moderated a panel at the Baltimore Ravens Business & Entrepreneurship Summit, and has presented "Storytelling that Sells" at The Trust Powered by the NFLPA. Stefanie’s unique blend of corporate credibility and NFL experience equips her to help players develop executive communication skills that inspire trust, attract opportunities, and define their next season with clarity.
