In addition to delivering brand strategy and corporate communication counsel, Stefanie Santos McLeese is also a sought-after facilitator, moderator, speaker, and workshop leader with endorsements and testimonials from her executive and C-suite clients and an upcoming workshop for NFL Legends during Super Bowl festivities in New Orleans this February.

At Santos McLeese, our brand promise is to come alongside our clients as a business partner, helping them clearly articulate and live their brand with authenticity and integrity across their operations, multiplying their business value now and in the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Santos McLeese is seeking a highly motivated and organized junior / student project coordinator with a strong interest and demonstrated ability to produce marketing and communication pieces (recent student projects count!). This is also very much an executive assistant support role. Our current EA is out on maternity leave and I could use someone to help fill the administrative gaps related to scheduling and client-prospect follow-up. We are searching for enthusiastic, skilled, and confident junior professionals who are eager to dive in, apply what they know, and learn along the way.

Of note: I'm "old school" in a lot of ways; you will do some cool things but I also expect our next generation of young professionals to understand, doing work you do NOT like is part of the growth journey. I will ask you to do things you wouldn't choose to do as your "favorite" but I need you to do those things with the same level of enthusiasm as the stuff you prefer.

PREFERRED: Applicants should have a writing background and analytical skills with a marketing or communications major (or related field).

We are business partners to our clients, using communication as an instrument of strategy to achieve measurable business objectives. Your role as a project coordinator is designed to actively contribute to client success in a hands-on, meaningful way, as directed.

Applicants must be willing to sign a legal non-disclosure privacy agreement and routinely meet in person in Monticello, IL once a week between Monday and Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM. The exact day of the week and time TBD based on student and Santos McLeese team availability.
